Booking and Payments
When booking puja services or making donations:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking

- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date. Refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
- More than 7 days before: Full refund minus processing fees
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Donations are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Service Delivery
We strive to ensure that all puja services are performed as scheduled. However:
- Services are performed by qualified priests at designated temples
- Video recordings and prasad will be sent as per the service package
- Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and contact information
- Ensuring your payment information is valid and up to date
- Checking your email regularly for booking confirmations and updates
- Notifying us of any changes to your booking in a timely manner
- Respecting the religious nature of our services
