Refund Policy

Introduction

At Sugam Darshan Foundation, we strive to provide the best spiritual services to our devotees. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for puja bookings, offerings, and donations.

Puja Booking Refunds

Refunds for puja bookings are processed based on the cancellation timeline:

• More than 7 days before puja date: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 3-7 days before puja date: 50% refund of the booking amount
• Less than 3 days before puja date: No refund will be provided
• Same day cancellation: No refund will be provided
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

Offerings and Chadhava Refunds

For offerings and chadhava services:

• Cancellations made before the offering is prepared are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees
• Once the offering has been prepared or delivered to the temple, no refund will be provided
• Prasad delivery delays due to courier services are not eligible for refunds
• In case of damaged prasad during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence

Donation Refunds

All donations made to Sugam Darshan Foundation are non-refundable. Donations are considered final once the transaction is completed. This includes:

• Annadaan Seva donations
• Temple renovation contributions
• Charitable activity donations
• General donations to the foundation

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team via email or phone
• Provide your booking ID or transaction reference number
• State the reason for cancellation
• Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Payment Gateway Delays

Please note that while we process refunds within 7-10 business days, the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider. This is beyond our control and may vary from 3-7 business days after we initiate the refund.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Pujas that have already been performed
• Video recordings and photos that have been delivered
• Prasad that has been dispatched
• Special occasion pujas on the day of the event
• All charitable donations and contributions

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, temple closures, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that prevent the performance of booked services, we will offer the following options:

• Reschedule the puja to a mutually agreed date
• Transfer the booking to an alternative temple or service
• Issue a full refund including processing fees

Modification of Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling it, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the changes requested.
